Explore the solar system from your desktop. Orbitly renders the sun and the planets in orbit, with a starfield behind and glowing orbital paths, animating our local planets.

Run the guided tour or click a planet to focus on it. Read interesting facts and explore the layers that make up the visible planet. Play, pause or speed up time to watch the planets move, or follow the guided tour to visit each body in turn.

Installation

You can install this directly from the source code using the Fyne command as follows:

go install fyne.io/tools/cmd/fyne@latest fyne install github.com/andydotxyz/orbitly@latest

Or you can download the code directly from git:

git clone https://github.com/andydotxyz/orbitly.git
